A foundations course is required for all new CrossFit members.

We offer these foundations classes Monday through Friday at 7:30 am or 7:00* pm
*Fridays evenings at 6:00 pm.

These classes focus on CrossFit methods, terms, movements and lifts, as well as safety, scaling, and general fitness preparedness. The goal of these classes is to prepare you for success in our CrossFit classes.

You’re welcome to repeat any of those classes if you need the extra help. We recommend completing them in order.

The cost for Foundations is $100.

Once you’ve taken all foundations classes, you can join the group classes.

NOTE:  Drop-Ins are for experienced CrossFitters only.

EXCEPTION: Our COREFit+ classes do not require Foundations training. However, if you want to advance into CrossFit, you will be required to take Foundations training.

Mon – Thu 7:30 7:00
Fri 7:30 6:00

NOTE: All 5 classes must be completed in the designated week, Monday-Friday.

Monday is an orientation day, so workout clothes are optional.

Foundations Cost

The cost for Foundations is $100.

You are required to bring a completed copy of Quincy City CrossFit’s Automatic Debit Payment form, a voided check to set up your membership and $100 cash with you on your first day.
