Experience with CrossFit
If you have CrossFit before, have been CrossFitting for a while or have done a foundations, elements, or on ramp course at another CrossFit; simply fill out the registration and join the classes.
NOTE: We may have to evaluate your preparedness for CrossFit during your first couple classes.
New to CrossFit
A foundations course is required for all new members.
We offer these foundations classes Monday through Friday at 7:30 am or 7:00* pm
*Fridays evenings at 6:00 pm.

These classes focus on CrossFit methods, terms, movements and lifts, as well as safety, scaling, and general fitness preparedness. The goal of these classes is to prepare you for success in our CrossFit classes.
You’re welcome to repeat any of those classes if you need the extra help. We recommend completing them in order. There’s no charge for foundations – it’s included in your monthly membership.
Once you’ve taken all foundations classes, you can join the group classes.
